West Michigan's Home for the "Monday Night Jazz Jam" is The What Not Inn located in Fennville Michigan, just south of Holland and Saugatuck.

The Monday Night Jazz Jam balances high level playing with a spirit of fun, welcome and community.

This jazz jam scene is particularly good with many popular weekly jams. This is an "open mic night" which features the What Not Band every Monday Night. Wally Michaels (piano),
Jeff Beavin (stand up bass), and Jack Wilkin (drums)are the front men of the jam session who can perform tunes with musicians and vocalist who they may have never met before. Such is the nature of the Monday Night Jazz Jam found in West Michigan's What Not Inn.

The Monday Night Jazz Jam attracts many singers and musicians from the mid west area who do not normally perform except at this weekly event. Nearly each week the Monday Night Jazz Jam draws in one or two professional entertainers as well who always make it a point to show off a bit of their own instrumental or vocal talent which always pleases the crowd!
